What was the reason for getting a new SIM?
Can you explain your basis for saying it doesn't work?

What was the reason for getting a new SIM? Was this a lost/stolen replacement? Was this a new connection?
Can you explain your basis for saying it doesn't work? What are the symptoms you have?
EE can be contacted on 0800 0798586 from any working phone.
