Can anyone confirm that Roam In EU add on gives you the option to use free roaming in the EU?

Pay monthly. 

1 add on -  £ 2.47 per day for EU roaming.

2 add on -  Roam in EU

If you use your allowances you'll pay £2.47 for that day, and if you don't, you won't be charged anything.

Before travelling please text ROAMING to 150 to make sure your account is fully set up for roaming.

Are you sure because EE assured me that I will not pay £2.47 per day. When I send info roaming Spain to number 150 I get information that I can use the phone in Spain free of charge.

If you give us a call on 150, the team can check your account and let you know if the fee would not be charged for you.

I have a reply from no. 150 that I will not pay for roaming in Spain and that is enough for me. If you charge me any additional costs I will take it to court. I will not call and waste my time on pointless conversations with your hopeless CS. When I took this contract one of your sellers assured me twice that I have free roaming in the EU and I will not pay £2.47 per day. Maybe you could ask your colleagues yourself and start properly informing people on this forum?
