EE are hopeless!

Why can't EE actually offer me a service. Why should I jump through hoops to get answers to questions from a forum/community?

I am going abroad, I would like to be able to call to/from abroad (not EU) I would like to send / receive SMS, (and possibly use Data)

Why do I have to trawl through this hopeless website of theirs, and WHY will they not supply a help line staffed by humans? By the way I was promised a return call by 10.00 am this morning, still waiting,. so now it my avowed intent to tell as many people as possible what excellent service EE  do NOT offer.

Ha ha, congratulations, you ranked up to explorer. Seriously ???? I posted this and another rant. IF I HAD SUPPLIED MY CUSTOMERS WITH A WEBSITE AS USEFUL AS THIS AND SERVICE LIKE THIS, I'D HAVE GONE bust.
