"I am experiencing difficulties receiving text messages on my EE eSIM. I can make and receive calls, but unfortunately, I am unable to receive text messages. Initially, everything was working fine—I could send and receive text messages—but after about 24 hours, it stopped. Now, I can no longer receive text messages. This is particularly challenging because I need to receive security codes via SMS for various setups on my new phone. Please help!"

After pressing option 2 to bypass the Visual text service, simply select the option for mobile phone queries, followed by technical support option.

I just noticed that it started working while I was in the process of trying to connect with a technical advisor after following the outlined steps. I was directed to reply to a text sent to me while remaining on hold in the queue, and that’s when I realized I could receive texts again.
Remember, I mentioned that it was initially working but suddenly stopped. Now, it seems to be working again, but I’m afraid it might stop unexpectedly.
Should I continue with the call for the technical advisor, or should I assume the issue is resolved?

@Stephen_22 Glad to hear it has started working again, hopefully it still is as of this message. Hopefully it does not happen again but if it does then I would recommend giving our technical team a call then, if its working now they may not be able to diagnose what is causing it, though they will be able to check everything on your account is setup correctly.
