Can I reactivate my EE number without making payments or starting a new plan?

Hi, 

I cancelled my EE contract in Dec 2024. The issue I'm having is that some important services are linked to that mobile number which I can no longer access due to it not receiving any calls/messages. If I try to ring the mobile number it says "The number you have called is not recognised. Please check the number".
