Hello,
thank you for getting in touch. I didn't know how to use the FAQ service, I
thought another text box would pop up allowing me to put more detail in.
The issue is my phone stopped taking voice calls and letting me phone my
contacts about 2 weeks ago. When I try to make a call the dialler screen
disappears and a green strip appears at the top of my phone. If I put my
ear to the phone I can hear the call has been successful but I can't
respond in any way. If I get a call my phone rings but I can't pick the
call up, my contacts say my phone goes straight to voicemail.
I have checked all of the settings and cannot see anything obvious which is
wrong. Could this be the service provider yourselves which is the problem
or is it more likely to be my phone equipment. If I take it to my local EE
shop, are they likely to be able to help me fix it?
If it is a known problem with EE, I look forward to hearing how to put it
right.
Many thanks
Maggie *******

Are you on contract or PAYG?
No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are.

Hi @magsymack
I think it's a good idea to pop into your nearest EE Store. You'll be able to show them exactly what the problem is, and they'll try to get to the bottom of it.
Let us know how you get on please.
Chris
