On the same page, if you scroll down to Settings and permissions and select Manage numbers, are you registered as both the user and bill payer?

Sorry, having trouble now finding the page. EE really need to look into the usability of this website, it is dreadful. As I say, I work in IT, have done for many years, this has to be one of the worst. Anyway, thanks for hanging on!

Got there but Manage numbers does not show who is the user and who is the bil payer!! Anyway, I would be bboth, I live alone, no partner, children etc.

James , are you there? Any other ideas? Clicking on manage mobile, the linking page seems to have now gone down!! I despair, it really shouldn't be this hard.
