Contacting 150 when mobile roaming turned-off

I had my roaming turned-off, off before departing the UK, however, one of the handsets on my account has been lost and I need to contact customer services to confirm that my handset has been lost and to seek their assistance.

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you'd like to call from your EE phone, you can activate roaming in My EE. Just go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming.

Alternatively, please call +44 7953 966 250 from any other phone.
