Hello! I have received a new UK phone number from EE, which I am currently trying to set up, but I am abroad. I can see at the top of my screen that I am receiving service, but I cannot receive any messages. This is not allowing me to receive a confirmation text from WhatsApp in order to set up my phone number in the app. Is there any way I can fix this?

Is the account pay as you go or pay monthly? 

Did you use the new SIM card in the UK before travelling abroad?
