I am trying to use my sim whilst in Saudi Arabia but it is not working
I have added roaming pack text anywhere 250 via my ee but still not receiving text
I have tried connecting to several networks, sometimes it will register for a second and then when I try to text or call it disconnect automatically again
Spend cap is up, roaming is on after I left, and checked sim in other phone same issue
Using a Samsung s22
Text and calls to 150 also don't work

If you are unable to connect to a local Saudi network, it suggests roaming is not enabled on your account - which is separate from any billing add-ons you have chosen. No network connection will mean you can't call, text or use data over a mobile network.
Did you text ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK? If so, trying alternative local networks is often the fix. If you didn't, then EE CS will need to enable roaming for you. You will need to call from another phone or try a web-calling app such as Skype.
