Cant make or receive calls - visiting US

Hi all

I hope I can get some help.. I am travelling in the US and prior to travelling I paid for a package to give phone, text and data. the data and text service is fine but I cant make or receive calls. It is quite a problem as I need to make calls for my work. Any ideas hoe to solve this - obviously I would have called EE but cant make a call!

Can you send and receive texts when not connected to WiFi? 

What happens when you try and make a call?

I have a Google pixel

Yes txt and emails are not affected. I can make these anytime.
.I get a message saying this service is not available when I try to make a
call.

Hi @wknight  Are you on the AT&T network? If not, can you select it and try?

Yes I'm on the A &T network...I am at a loss with this...

What happens if you manually select another network? @wknight
