Hi @Doctor_T,
You would normally only need to select the access and EAP methods. Do you see the same list of options at every station you've tried to connect in?

EE WiFi-Auto Couldn't connect. Same error on several station, Metropolitan Line, Circle Line, Overground, Jubilee line.
EE WiFi-Auto
EAP > SIM > EE > Randomised MAC
Called 150, advise to restart the phone, finally came, no idea is that person has understanding, obviously nothing changed, then received message that EE investigating the complaint ref. ID19786251
Sort this out please.
WiFi needed.
Works on Three and Virgin without issues same devise.

I had this issue, despite having all the settings configured correctly, it still wouldn't connect. My handset is dual SIM, and I fixed it by putting my SIM in the other slot
