I am unable to receive WIFI calling at home or at work, this has previously worked but in the past 2weeks it has stopped working. Can you please advise?

Do you get mobile coverage in either locations, that would override WiFi-calling?
Can the phone use other internet-based functions over the same router?
Have you tried toggling WiFi-calling off/on when connected?
