30 day rolling sim

Hi,I changed my contract yesterday to a 30 day rolling sim. I was told that it would be £10.50 or £18.50 a month, I’ve checked on my account at it is showing £43.50 this is a lot more than I was previously paying. Can this be checked out please. 

Resolved! Discovery plus error (-1102)

I have an EE contract with Discovery Plus. Everything was working fine, but recently this message has been appearing, even when I’m using mobile data only. Is there any solution or way to fix this?
