@Redbecky63  That’s an application issue and that’s nothing to do with EE.  

     But what megapixel is the image ?  
Is that via WiFi or cellular data ?

My phone is a  Galaxy S24

And it is regarding the Facebook Messenger

No sure what the mega pixel is 

I have tried on both wifi and mobile data

I have looked on YouTube and followed everything they suggest but none of them seem to work for my phone

Are you able to receive messages OK via text?

Do you get an error message when trying to load the photo sent through Facebook Messenger?

I can receive text messages fine on Facebook messenger and I don't get any error message just

Couldn`t load high resolution . I don't know if it helps but I think it may have been a

@Redbecky63   Does messenger support GIF’s ?     Can you try a none GIF image?   Have you tried a none GIF image ?

Yes messenger does support GIFs i can send them no problem
