But what megapixel is the image ?
Is that via WiFi or cellular data ?

No sure what the mega pixel is
I have tried on both wifi and mobile data
I have looked on YouTube and followed everything they suggest but none of them seem to work for my phone

Are you able to receive messages OK via text?
Do you get an error message when trying to load the photo sent through Facebook Messenger?

I can receive text messages fine on Facebook messenger and I don't get any error message just
