Cannot call U.K. from my phone Im Spain

  • I made a short trip to Morrocco from Spain - and on my return find that I cannot phone the U.K. or U.K. mobiles. 

any suggestions?

@Grah3 : Are you on contract or PAYG?

Spain is in the EU, where you may use your UK allowances. Morocco isn't & you can't. Could that be the reason?
