Can't receive sms from Australia

Hi. I am not receiving sms messages from Australia. I need these for online banking.

I'm in the UK and I have global roaming turned on. Recently I changed my phone. Not sure if this is an EE problem or a new phone problem... Can anyone help please (I can't get thro to EE on the phone!)?

The callback was due within 15 minutes according to EE, but here we are an hour later and still nothing...
