Can't make outgoing calls or send SMS

Hi all,

I have been unable to make outgoing calls on my mobile for the past 4-5 days. I have tried mobile and landline numbers, as well as trying 150, but every call immediately disconnects with the message "Couldn't make call - Try again later".

I have been able to receive incoming calls but they are sometimes dropping mid-conversation.

I've just tried sending an SMS but they also aren't working (though I have received some over the past few days).

 

My bills are all up to date, no late payments or anything. I have tried restarting my phone, but no difference there. I don't have a spare phone to test the SIM in.

Does anyone have any ideas how this can be fixed?  Any help appreciated!

 

*EDIT: Have also checked the network status in the area and no issues here!

Does your phone show coverage indicators? What specifically happens when you try sending a text message?

Are you able to use WiFi-calling?
