Can’t make international calls

Hi I’m trying to make a call from the uk to Lithuania. However it keeps saying calls to this number are barred from my phone. I have increased me spend cap to £30.

how do I make the call I’m willing to pay the charges ?

I would recommend getting in touch to ensure there is no premium rate/international call barring on your account.

@Fnur : You are not roaming when making an International Call from the UK. Can you make ordinary local calls within the UK?

Hi yes I can make local calls. But for some reason can’t make international calls ? Do you know why this can be?

I have the same problem but it's impossible to navigate you system to get to speak with someone!

Hi @Sutdog.

Thanks for coming here.

When calling 150 from your EE handset please select option 2.

This will take you to the automated system you would then need to speak with accounts and billing.
