I recently transferred my Lyca number to EE a week ago. It's all great I can receive calls, I can send SMS. The only problem is I can't get any SMS. Tried to login EE mobile app, couldn't get passed the SMS confirmation. Tried calling 150 EE customer service. Tried reaching an operator (150 pressing 1) automation said that I'll receive an SMS to get started. I obviously can't. Tried calling technical service, also failed when it's said that I'll be contacted in 15 minutes after I clicked the link in the SMS. I really don't use SMS in my daily life, but I forgot about all of the confirmations via SMS. I don't know and can't contact technical support. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
