We're continuing to cover the cost of calls and texts to Ukrainian numbers for our customers. 

Even if a Ukrainian mobile is being used in another country, EE customers won't be out of pocket for staying in touch with loved ones.

Hi @Virgis. 

Are you pay as you go or pay monthly?

For pay as you go we are covering those costs, so you won't pay them. You will have credit deducted initially, but we are automatically refunding these costs, and they will appear on your account within one day. 

If you are pay monthly,  you shouldn't see a charge. If you do see a charge on your bill you will also see a credit from us to cover the charge.
