I, too, calls to Ukraine charge me money..why?

What im trying to say is that I got Pack , I got Credit/Balance , the whole 9 yeards , and calls to Ukraine are impossible to be place fot free ... or not at all . Dosent matter if i'm in UK or Ukraine

Hi, I've had a contract with EE for a long time. When the war in Ukraine
started, you gave you the opportunity to call Ukraine for free. But then
that opportunity disappeared. Why?
