I have a contract with EE. When I try to call Ukraine. They say the credit
is not enough. When I call 150, they say that calls should be free. What
should I do?

Are you a pay as you go customer?

You will have credit deducted initially, but we are automatically refunding these costs, they will appear on your account within one day.

Hi @Fatmax94

We have no account access here on the community.

If your calls are not connecting or you are being billed please give us a call on 150.

If you need credit to make calls, you can't be on a contract, but PAYG. Don't you have to keep topping-up?
