Calls to Ukraine from the UK are free

@Virgis  You don’t need one.  You’ll not be charged to call Ukraine.  If you do see a charge you should be refunded within 24 hours

I called and talked to the operator and he said that the free calls to Ukraine have ended...maybe there is a package to call Ukraine

I made a Top Up of £5 ...  I did 3 minutes to Ukraine , and now it says that " it seems that you don't have enough credit ". I tried from my friend phone wich he has £10 bundle on his EE sim card.

Please inform us correctly : Do we have free calls to Ukraine or not . Yes or no ...?

Yesturday I was in Ukraine and I made 1 minute call .. I was charged  £1.80 .  I want to mention that I have a active Pack on my account .I also have credit available as well .  I would like to know if I have free calls in Ukraine when I'm traveling here. If yes , why was I charged . Thank You
