Calls from my contacts showing No Caller ID??

Hi there, I called 150 to transfer my 2 mobile numbers (primary + secondary) from Pay Monthly to PAYG, which was successfully executed on the day when my contract ended. However, a day after the transfer, I found that every time someone from my contacts makes a call to my primary phone (iPhone 6s) it would show "No Caller ID". The weird thing is this didn't occur to my secondary (iPhone 7) and none of my contacts had hidden their Caller ID

I tried soft reset, hard reset, toggle "Show My Caller ID" on/off, pull SIM out, reset network settings, PAYG top-up...nothing worked.

Any help appreciated

Regards

Calvin

Hi Chris,

I think I recall this happening when my contract started, but somehow it fixed itself within a day. Will give them a call when possible.

Thanks for trying, @cl881.

Let us know how you get on after speaking with our Customer Care team.

Hi Jon

After calling customer support, the technical team has reset my network settings and I can confirm caller ID is now showing. As Chris said, a number of people had the same issue. It's random and can only be fixed by the technical team.

Thank you and Chris for the help given, really appreciate it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hello. Had this issue myself. Ee resolved this at their end.

Speaking to tech support, the engineer informed me he disabled inbound calling, then enabled it again. Once I then restarted the mobile I could identify inbound callers once more.

Hope this helps. .
