Not getting incoming calls

Hi. My EE contract changed about 12 days ago. It would seem a few days after that first caller got a message that network not recognised.  Now just disconnects when someone dials.  My phone does not connect at all. When I go on EE app,  it is showing incorrect contract ie 1gb instead of 20gb pet month. Wondering if these are linked. Help please!!

What do you mean by your contract changing?

Does your phone show coverage indicators? Can you make outgoing calls OK?

Was with EE on a different contract which finished on 18th November so changed to another SIM only plan. Can make outgoing calls but incoming no joy...think this had happened over last few days. Yes getting signal bars.

Also, although I am on 20gb per month data and I am getting 20gb, the plan shows 1gb/month...go figure

That's just a change of priceplan, which should otherwise have no bearing on your service.

Assuming you have restarted your phone, does this affect calls from just particular numbers or all callers?

Edited to add: The discrepancy in your myEE view would have no bearing on voice call service.
