Calls and text are barred

Hi 

I have purchased 2x topup vouchers in the UK that I'm trying to apply to my phone whilst I am abroad in Belgium. 

 

I keep getting ERROR 0 message and it says calls are barred on 360 and 150

 

Please help as nothing is working

Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
