Hi all,
Would someone mind telling me exactly what it would cost me to call and text to uk phone numbers from spain. Info on here just isn't clear enough...it says you can roam for £2 a month and calls will cost £1.50/m and 67p/text, or i can avoid these charges for £10 a month (but is £10 ALL i will be paying and EE will just use up my usual call/text/data plan allowance i have in uk?)
Some feeds are saying don't worry there won't be any extra charges, other feeds are saying the £10 roaming add-on won't work if calling uk from spain as we aren't in EU anymore...confused? So am I!!!
My mobile plan is unlimited calls & texts and 50gb data in uk. Just want to be able to use my phone in spain for the next 2 weeks for as cheap as possible and to avoid (if possible) the extortionate call and text rates.
Thanks all, really appreciate any advice 😉

Are you on contract or PAYG?
- If on contract, the £2 a day or £10 / month is the price of using (up) your UK allowances in the EU.
- If on PAYG, as yet EE haven't introduced any charges for PAYG users to use their UK allowances in the EU. EE has not yet announced if & when they may start. So you may continue to use your pack allowances in EU as before w/out charge.
