- I've just paid for a month roaming starting 12 August. When will it show on my account?

@G61 : Do you mean 12 July? You start it when you order it, not in advance.
- Your next bill will show a pro-rata charge for the period between 12 July & your billing date + next month in advance.
- Your following bill will show the next month in advance unless you cancel during this month in which case you will get a pro-rata rebate for the period between when you cancelled & this billing date.
- & so on until you cancel.
Put simply all this amounts to that you only pay pro-rata for the time you have it.

Welcome to the community,
You have added a month’s roaming starting on the 12 August, so I suspect it will show up nearer the date, as we are still July, you can just keep checking your account, if you have just added it, it could either be nearer the date or in the next few days.
