Hi,
I had a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G that was taken in a shopping centre yesterday. The phone was bought from Amazon, unlocked, brand new, I have proof of purchase.
EE have blocked the SIM yesterday and replaced the SIM today, (I have a SIM only contract) in store they said they are unable to blacklist the phone, are there any services within EE that can blacklist the device?
