Hi peeps 

Am new here so admins please feel free to move to correct location. 

Anyways here goes had 2 lines in dual sim wanted to use pixel 6 pro which has 1 physical sim and 1 esim attempted to load esim was working after reload of phone had to setup esim again could not do as activation by text to sim number called ee customer service who said pop into ee shop, so popped in 2 get 2 sims, sim 2 worked straight away and I tried to register online for activation the sim went dead and esim still not working.

Went back to ee shop told them sim 2 has gone off and not activated as esim they said some nonsense of will take up to 24 hours and then said they cannot issue an esim, I asked about line 1 and they said takes up to 24 hours. So am now without any of my 2 lines today. 

Please help and advise ?

I'm losing my patience here.

Quick update popped to ee head office on braham street, all sorted now, Ali was very helpful got me an esim all activated and even setup on mobile.

When did you register both of these SIM cards?

Are any of them working this morning?

Both were replacement Sims for old lines I have had for years no none are working am going to ee shop now to rectify.
