I receive a lot of nuisance calls from 0843 numbers, which I have to bar individually. I am registered with tps service which is useless. I would like to be able to bar all incoming 0843 calls.
Never return a call to an 0843 number as these are always outside of call packagesand will be expensive.

@Steve_007 I’m an iPhone user and have been since the first iPhone. How can you accidentally call the number ? You just keep your finger on it and slide left to delete it but if you lift your finger it will call that number. Your just lifting your finger. Or just click the edit button too right then delete the number you’ll not call it even if you lift your finger.

I have seen the replies from other clients. I do not want to put in a block for people who are not on my contact list as my phone is needed for non contact listed clients. Could not EE just put in a tool that blocks them for you

Yes. It is really annoying. The only calls I get from 0843 numbers are spam. The numbers keep changing so it’s impossible to block them using your iPhone. EE should offer customers the option to reject these types of calls., surely it can’t be that hard? I’m quite happy to take the risk a rejected 0843 number is not spam, since no-one I’ve ever wanted to speak to uses them.

When technical solutions are genuinely simple, they tend to be implemented quickly.

The networks don’t need to implement anything until 2025, but with VoIP technology making it easy(ier) for the scammers, they’re already making an effort…

So EE do not have any good will towards their customers? That is very comforting, NOT

I think from all the contributions it’s clear that EE’s clients want action. I have yet to find anyone who would want to receive a call from an 0843 number.
so please EE just block them from across your network

It would be nice if EE responded to this.

You have a greater chance of being a Unicorn than receiving a response from EE on this. They are making buckets of money and will not stop until they are forced to. BOYCOT EE
