@Jasminecaiens12 If you do nothing your airtime contract will continue as a 30 day rolling tariff and you’ll get a 10% discount after 3 month. You could upgrade to a different sim only tariff but only once you’ve completed your airtime tariff. you’ll continue paying for the device tariff for the remaining 12 months. You could even change providers after the airtime tariff has expired and still continue paying the remaining term of the device contract.
