My EESimcard can't send or Receive calls

My EE simcard can't receive not make calls. Can't receive nor send texts. I even charged it, I got billed but apparently, the airtime never reached my card. I can't receive WhatsApp activation code too!

The only thing working is the EE texts.

My card is roamed.

  1. Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  2. Are you in the UK.
  3. What device do you have and have you tried restarting your device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

What exactly do you mean by "my card is roamed"?

You mention in the first line "can't receive nor send texts" but then in the next sentence "the only thing working is the EE texts". So are you able to send & receive texts or not?

If you're not sure, send a text message to your own number - do you receive it? Try also texting NUMBER to 150, does the message send? And you receive the expected reply?

What happens when you try making a call? Does your phone show network coverage? When were you last able to make a call?
