Hello
This is Sharib, I am using EE monthly plan, I am on holidays to India, my EE network stopped working and on my EE app it shows account closed error, I have paid my monthly bill through direct debit, on 21st Nov, tried reaching out to EE support since, my UK number is off I can’t call EE support, it’s really inconvenient pls help me to fix this issues as soon as possible, I am in India for another 15days.
urgent help needed!!

Did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150? Having a roaming billing add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c. Having roaming activated on your EE a/c, not just on your device, is crucial to using your contract SIM abroad.
Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Also try selecting a network manually rather than auto. Otherwise you need to call CS to get your roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

Hey Thanks for your help,
I had no idea to activate roaming, thought it would do it automatically, so now I have no service of EE, so I can’t call on the uk number to reach CS of EE.
EE must have an email support for situation like these??
Tried rebooting phone several times, selecting network manually nothing works ?
also if u could guide how to reach CS of EE on Skype WhatsApp ??
All the OTP comes on that number, I need that to work asap!!

EE provides no email contact.
You need to install Skype somewhere & dial that Freephone no. thro. it.
