The signal was excellent before February 8th 2025. Now we have no signal or maximum of 1 bar since then.
network coverage says excellent. I can assure you it’s not!!

I did, got a text back this morning saying no fault found but there clearly is!

I rang them on Saturday. They said they are working on the mast and should be done in 72 hours.
had a text this morning at 07.00. It said it should be fixed in 15 hours.

I agree …I live in Duxford and clients calling me have complained they can’t hear me. No Google maps, no Apple Music until whittlesford ….previously 1st class signal ….same for my wife…..not sure what can be done ….would welcome any ideas….

There’s still an issue in Duxford. Noticed particularly with mobile data. Showing 5G/4 bar signal but totally unable to connect to the internet without WiFi.

Hi @LG_11 😊

Welcome to the Community, and I'm disappointed to hear that you're continuing to struggle in this area.

Since you noticed these most recent issues, have you had a chance to check our network status checker, and if needs be report the problems you've been experiencing, too?

It could also be worth getting in touch with our technical team, and they'll be able to take a closer look into what's causing these issues for you.

Peter

The network status checker is useless - we have 2 masts completely down (confirmed on phone by EE) yet it still says “signal good”. At least one of these masts has been down since Jan/Feb time.

@Littleonexo The Network status checker will give an indication of the overall coverage available in the area when things are working normally, and then also highlight if there are any direct outages too.

If you aren't in the specific area serviced by that individual mast then it may not flag a specific issue, but sometimes people in the surrounding areas can still notice problems due to the increased traffic on the remaining masts in service.

It's why we also recommend contacting our team sometimes too - they can take a deeper dive into the exact picture of things where you're based.

Peter

I understand that was the problem when the first mast went down at the start of the year, but since then our local mast (literally opposite my house) has gone down too. It gets picked up instantly by EE staff when I call, but not by the signal checker.

Are you having a laugh!!

EE have been aware of problem since the end of January. A few weeks to fix, 5 months later it’s still not fixed!!!
