since EE have carried out recent work in the rm7 area code and apparently its completed.its now gone down hill. not the same no more, I have called ee, I have told them but here I am I'm now posting my issue on here... anyone else here in this area code experiencing the same fault. before the work was carried out it was pretty perfect no complaints, now at my home address is like I'm back on 3 network again and I left them to join ee. so please fix it

Internet lags or fails to connect. call bars gone from once upon a time was 4 bars now only 1 to 2 bars. that's what I meant

Are you using a 5G phone?
It's possible that your phone is trying to connect to a perceivably weaker 5G carrier, than a 4G one that you feel is stronger.
The coverage bars are only an indicator, and "only 1 to 2 bars" are still bars - you've not mentioned any problems making or receiving calls so I presume that's not an issue.

Internet connection is lousy comparing to before the work carried out. I don't have 5g phone only 4g Samsung s10+ . which as I've stated, before said work the 4g was great. now it's slow or lags or don't load some times. calls are hit and miss. some are slightly affected some area not. but as I've stated, before they're was not any issues now they're is. and it's crap like 3 went so I left them.

If you pop your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status', you'll be given an option to report a problem if we're not already aware of it. That way our network team will look into the performance of the network in the area.

hi thanks. I've done this just now. let's see if it can be resolved. I'm annoyed as when I first reported the issue on the phone to EE customer services the lady called 'Wendy' after we finished chatting then sent me her email address saying, if the issue persists after this report please let me know. I've emailed her twice now and she's just ignored me both times. Nice service a. this is why I'm now on here moaning to which I didn't want to do.

Well an update since reporting it again... for some reason I'm told there is no issues in my post code but there clearly was to me since said work was carried out... last few days it's working pretty decent again. 3 to 4 bars on 2g for calls. and 4g is working better so clearly it was an issue that was over looked on the first time I reported it as soon as I reported it for 2nd time some thing has changed for the best. so at this moment I'm time I'm happy to say I'll stop moaning.... thank you EE 😊
