Hi GeorgeOnEENtwrk

Did you ever get this resolved?

I find myself sitting in the same position. My uploads speeds are insanely slow, does not even reach 1Mbps, averages between 0.05 - 0.78 Mbps. This of course heavily impacts my ability to work from home, Teams calls, emailing with attachments and uploading data is virtually impossible. Basic troubleshooting has been carried out on my end which has eliminated an issue with my laptop (Wi-Fi 6). All other devices at home, upload speeds, on the same Wi-Fi  are exceptional. The same laptop, when tethering off my mobile (EE)  no issues with upload speeds. Laptop in the office, no issue with upload speeds, its effectively only taking place at home. Current setup includes Smart Hub Pro (Living Room), Smart Wi-Fi Plus 2504 (Study).

Reported issue to EE  support who then escalated the issue to another team and they were unable to resolve the issue.  Switched on the Compatibility Wi-Fi on router, no joy.  This issue absolutely points to an issue with EE.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have another chat with the technical support team and let them know that you still have the issue, they'll be able to re-open the ticket and continue to look into it. Hopefully, they can get to the bottom of the problem and get it working better for you.

Hi @Robbo2011

Welcome to the community.

It sounds from your description that a ticket has been opened on your account for our technical support team to look into it further.

Do you know if they're still looking into it? It may be worth calling 150 to try and get an update.

Chris

Hi Christopher_G

Thank you for your message.

A ticket was opened however I believe it has been closed. So I am back at square one.

Problem still persists. Is there anything you could do to have my issue looked at again. I cannot afford to work like this and the issue clearly points to my EE router setup/config.

Regards

Robin
