Hi, I’ve recently put my add on sim card into a different phone but the data plan has moved with it and when I check my account it tells me that the sim is still on a unlimited plan but on the phone it tells me it has 2GB of data it can use, can anyone help me sort this.
Thanks

Some phones have an internal data counter/data warning built in that is set to 2GB as a default and doesn't have any way of knowing what's available on your plan.
If it is a Samsung device, you can go to Connection > Data Usage > Billing cycle and data warning, and change this yourself or remove the data warning entirely.
For other devices the steps should be similar, likely under Mobile Data settings.
