@tarciorollin , we still need to know whether you are on pay as you go or pay monthly.
If you are on pay as you go, you need to make sure that you have enough credit to make calls.
On pay monthly, did you make sure that you have roaming enabled, including call abroad and premium calls enabled? You should be able to do this via the app or by logging online into your account, if not and you are not able to, you will need to ring EE customer service either via another phone or by using something like Skype, there is a free number to ring with Skype:

Also have you rebooted your phone since landing in Spain?
Chat online is only available to customers on contract and only when customer service are not answering calls.
