I've been a new client for a month. I live in Handflord Manchester. I suffer from no internet access with mobile or mobile board band wifi. For a few days without services, I needed to drive to the Cheadle car park to do my business.

Do we have any known problems or maintenance showing for your area if you enter the postcode on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker and select 'check status'?

Which of the below scenarios are you reporting?
1: An inability to use mobile data whilst your phone shows coverage indicators? Do voice calls & texts work in the same location?
2: A lack of mobile network coverage in a particular location? This will impact voice calls, mobile data & text messages.
