Text from EE saying welcome back.

I had a text showing me how to use roaming while I am in Jersey. Then a few 'welcome back' messages. I haven't been anywhere!

Anyone know why this would happen and does it have any implications?

Hi @Murph33

Welcome to the community.

Are you on the south coast of the UK at the moment? It has been known to pick up other networks when you're on the coast. If you do a manual network selection and choose EE, you won't roam onto any international networks.

Check your My EE account to see if you have been charged anything.

Hi @jonessm1

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you log into your EE account, do you have any extra charges showing to go onto your next bill?

Leanne.
