network problem on tuesday and wednesday

hello I am disappointed with the network because for 2 days (Tuesday, Wednesday) we had no internet, me and my wife could not make calls. The network should give me some compensation

If you would like to discuss refunds for the days you had no service, please call us on 150 and the team will see what they an do to help.
