Low signal issue

This has been a problem going since Wednesday 19 Nov 24 out of the blue in the Thurrock area my signal hasn't got better only when I leave that area I'm sure I ain't the only one but just keep getting text that it been fix when it hasn't.

@KurtONice  Have you tried restarting your device?     Once a mast goes back online it’s not instantly outputting at full power it ramps up.   So while you’ll get the “ it’s been fixed message”  it needs a little time to achieve full power and coverage.

Already tried resetting the device no change so waiting for it to achieve full coverage

Errrr.... not quite true. In the same way as a site going off-air produces a cliff-edge loss-of-service, the exact same is true when a site is restored to service. If all else is equal when service is restored (antenna & radio config) then service should be immediately evident.

When a new site is brought live, there can often be a period of specialist performance monitoring to ensure optimum radio performance - this can involve config changes and cause subtle changes in service.
