I have been getting very poor reception lately and paying you quite an amount every month can you tell me when this will be restored .

@Carol1996 Have a look at THIS and click the check status tab. You can report any issues via this. Is this is one location or all locations you go to ? Can you use Wi-Fi calling ? is this indoors and or outdoors?

@Carol1996 You need to click the check status tab. You clicked the coverage tab.

- No reception, wifi calling does not work and can't call in in Mobile Network discussions
- Roaming Pass Not Applied to Bill in Roaming
- Compensation/ ability to leave contract due to mass failures/ lack of signal in Mobile Network discussions
- Repeat issues with mast which covers TA6 in Mobile Network discussions
- 4G/5G complaint. in Mobile Network discussions
