I still haven't had my allowance back.I was advised to wait for 24 hours as there had been a tech glitch

They have now said that I did use all my allowance in 1 day.

I have taken out a new plan earlier than I wanted to.

Having trouble up loading videos an getting on line , I was told the work on a mast as been completed but Im still having problems
