Is this just in one place? If this is so, do others on EE have the same problem? You can also check here, register, report and receive updates:

You can also check that your SIM card and phone are working if you have another phone to hand or have someone else who has one and do the sim swap to see if it is indeed your phone or SIM card that is faulty. Also have you taken the SIM card out and carefully given the SIM card and slot a clean to see if that solves the problem?

@marjaanesfahani , not sure what your problem is and how we can help, you say you have no SIM card and your job needs your number. Have you just joined EE and if so when?

If so,  is it Active and has it worked in the past?
