All evening my internet has been down on mobile data - according to yourselves the connection has been good.
I have restarted my device - checked updates - turned airplane on and off. Because of this I have missed important work related emails.
I used to be able to directly talk to someone through social media but now get directed to a closed phone line.
my question is - why lie and what happened to being able to speak to someone ?

Looks like you've used the "check coverage" link. Follow "check service status" instead, and there's a subsequent option to "report a problem"
