Can I inquire if there is a need for a mast in BB1, I represent a cricket club

@drm1975 This is a public forum not customer support, no one here knows if there is a need for a mast in that location. Are you an EE customer? What’s the network signal like in that location? (outdoors)

Network radio planners generally have a fairly good idea of where new coverage and/or capacity is needed, but these teams are not customer-facing or part of CS. The local authority planning system and commercial considerations also prevent the ideal of placing new-build sites in every desired location.
Are you enquiring as an interested landlord, or as an EE customer experiencing service issues?

As an interested landlord, there is no 5G coverage. Just want to know who to speak to in EE to see if it’s a possibility or not.

Is there existing 4G coverage?

Hi @drm1975
You can check coverage of 4G and 5G at EE Coverage Checker
It looks like we have 4G and 5G coverage around the BB1 general area, so it may be worth looking if there is a specific area where you face an issue.
Do you have a 5G plan and 5G compatible phone?
Is it only indoors that you have no 5G coverage?

Ali, the OP here was enquiring about the use of their land for a new-build radio site - not coverage. My query was directed at the fact that if the issue is specifically with 5G service, then it's likely one of the existing sites would be pending a 5G-carrier-addition rather than necessarily a new-build.
